TROUBLE SHOOTING

1. Not cleaning well

Empty the dust bin.

Checked dust bin is correctly assembled. Check the filter is correctly fitted. Clean the filter.

2. Stop or doesn’t work

Charge battery. Clean the filter.

3. Battery not charge

Check connections with power cord. Check wall socket.

4. Power brush doesn’t work

Make sure dust cup assembled correctly&locked. Make sure power brush&metal tube connected tightly. Check the brush blocked or not.

Note: When using vacuum, don’t need to keep the press.

Removable Roller Brush

When your roller brushes get damaged or clogged, just replace them. You don’t have to replace the entire motorized brush.
