Frequently Asked Questions.

(A) When the mobile phone is charging slowly or not working, please check these followings:

1. Check the mobile phone whether it is placed in the correct position or not . As the center position of the charging base is shifted, the charging will be slow or not charging.
2. The mobile phone can be charged with a thinner non-metal protective case (≤4mm thickness), but a thicker protective case or metal protective case will cause the mobile phone to charge slowly or fail to charge.
3. If mobile phone is charged with a protective case, the charging of the mobile phone will be more heat and the charging speed will be slower as the heat dissipation of the mobile phone is affected by the protective case.
4.Please check if there are any metal or foreign objects between the mobile phone and the charging dock, which will cause the mobile phone to charge slowly or not to charge.

(B) When the watch is charging slowly or not working, please check these followings:

1. The watch can be charged with protective case, but if the protective case is not easy to dissipate heat, which will cause the watch charging slowly. You just need to remove the protective case and recharge it to solve the problem of slow charging of the watch.
2. The watch should be accurately centered on the charging stand, the watch band should be straightened to avoid the watch band and other foreign objects making the watch to deviate from the charging position, causing the watch to charge slowly.

(C) When the earphone box is charging slowly or not working, please check these followings:

1. The earphone box can be charged with a thinner non-metal protective cover, but some protective covers are not easy to dissipate heat, which will slow down the charging speed of the earphone box and make it easier to heat up during charging. But there is no security risk.
2. Make sure earphone box should be accurately placed on the corresponding charging base to avoid deviation from the center position of the charging base, resulting in slow or no charging.

Cautions:

1. Please use the fast charging adapter provided with this product to connect to the product. Avoid using other informal adapters to connect to the product, which will cause the product to charge slowly and even damage the product.

2. Please make sure that the Type-C charging cable is reliably connected to the product to avoid slow or no charging during the charging process.

3. Do not use the product in a humid, high temperature environment.

4. You can wipe it with a cloth to clean. Do not use organic solvents such as detergents to avoid damage to the product.

5. Do not disassemble this product and keep away from the fire source.
